After having issues with my external hard drive that inadvertently lead to being COMPLETELY locked out of my computer after using Google to resolve the issue and spending way too much time trying to fix the issue myself, I raced into TimeWeb and Philip was absolutely amazing! He availed himself to resolving the issue straight away. After a couple of hours and hardly a dent to my credit card - given the works completed - I left extremely happy and so relieved. All I had to do when I got home was reload a few programs. Good thing I regularly run back ups too! Thanks again Philip!

I used Timeweb over 15 years ago to setup the computer systems at my practice. Since then they have been there for us night or day sometimes. As business has grown they have adapted their great service to our needs. Different solutions for different sites. Brett is always helpful, he is no longer just IT support , he's a mate. Excellent first class service. My MAC was overheating significantly. and dangerously ! They kept me informed all the time and resolved and fixed an issue super promptly that I have had for over three years. Their wisdom and pragmatism are invaluable. They have become my "go to hardware store" and I highly recommend TIME WEB and Philip and Brett.
